Sporting Results Growing Co-Curricular

Events

The Cross Country Team had another successful year, coming second at the GSV final. At each of the meets the FORSA committee provided a tea cart, with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. At the Cross Country dinner $520 was raised through a raffle. This money is put towards sporting bursaries.

The Athletics Team competed in the Division 1, GSV Championships and came second. The girls were very well supported by large groups of parents and grandparents.   

 Members provided morning tea for all the Staff at the Senior School House Swimming Sports and House Athletic Sports days.

Members provided assistance to the Sports Staff at the Senior School House Field Events.

Both Mrs Susie Lachel and Mrs Amanda Jones steppied down as Co-presidents. They were congratulated on a successful two years leading a group of very co-operative and productive parents.
